Let customers personalise products on your store, and export the print-ready files you own.

Install

1. Upload and activate the StoreCanvas plugin.
2. Open StoreCanvas settings in the admin menu.

Setup

How do I make a product customisable?

1. Edit a WooCommerce product.
2. Enable StoreCanvas for that product.
3. Choose the design area and the options customers can change (text, images, colours).
4. Save and preview the product on your storefront.

Settings reference

• Design area: the printable region and its dimensions.
• Personalisation options: text, uploaded images, and layout controls.
• Output: print-ready file format and resolution (Pro).

Troubleshooting

The design preview looks wrong on the storefront

Check the design area dimensions and clear your site cache after saving. LiteSpeed Cache is active on this site, so a cache purge often resolves preview issues.

Where are my print files?

Print-ready files are generated on order (Pro). You download them from the order screen. You own the files; nothing is sent to a third party.
