Refund policy

30-day money-back on Pro and Agency purchases.

Email info@tillpress.com within 30 days of purchase with the order/license key. We refund the plugin license fee. Twilio usage, carrier fees, and A2P 10DLC registration are billed by Twilio to you and are not refundable by us.

Refunds are not available for license keys that have been publicly shared or used beyond the licensed site count after a warning, or for custom development or third-party apps.

After a refund, that key is revoked. Premium updates stop. Pro sending (OrderRing SMS, voice, WhatsApp, chat, auto-notify), the StoreCanvas live mockup and print export, and OrderBay packing slips / fulfilment desk pause the same way they do when a license expires. Settings, consent records, invoice numbers, and artwork on your site are kept. OrderRing Lite pickup SMS stays free with no key. Basic OrderBay invoices stay free. Reactivating a new key turns Pro features back on. A refunded Pro install does not automatically become Lite.
