Terms of Use

These Terms govern purchase and use of the plugins and of premium update licenses. By buying or installing a plugin you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell software licenses for self-hosted WordPress / WooCommerce plugins and, where you buy Pro/Agency, premium update access via the license server at https://licenses.alextechgamer.com.

We do not sell SMS, voice, WhatsApp, telephony, print production, or tax/accounting services.

2. Bring your own Twilio (OrderRing)

OrderRing talks to your Twilio account. Message, call, WhatsApp, and A2P 10DLC / sender-registration fees are billed by Twilio to you. We add zero markup. You are responsible for Twilio’s terms, carrier registration (including US A2P 10DLC), and messaging consent law (TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and similar).

3. License grant

A single-site Pro license may be used on one production WooCommerce site (plus staging that does not serve customers). An Agency license covers up to five production sites. You may not resell, share, or publicly redistribute plugin zips.

4. Updates vs messaging

An invalid, expired, or missing license never disables OrderRing SMS, voice, WhatsApp, chat, or auto-notify. It only pauses premium plugin updates.

5. Disclaimers

  • OrderRing: we do not file A2P 10DLC or guarantee carrier delivery.
  • StoreCanvas: print files are RGB (PDFs flattened RGB, not CMYK/PDF-X). Confirm color and DPI with your print provider.
  • OrderBay: not tax advice. E-invoice is file export only – no Peppol network or PDP delivery. Consult your accountant.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use the plugins to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack systems you do not operate.

7. Limitation of liability

Plugins are provided as-is under GPLv2 or later. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for lost profits, lost orders, carrier rejection, print-shop reprints, or tax penalties. Refunds are governed by the Refund page.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
