About Tillpress

Tillpress is a small, independent WooCommerce plugin studio.

Tillpress is run by Alex, a developer who kept seeing the same trade-off while helping shops set up WooCommerce: useful tools were often tied to vendor clouds, usage markups, or recurring billing.

So Tillpress builds the opposite. Every plugin connects to the services a shop already pays for, like Twilio and Stripe, and charges nothing on top. OrderRing Lite never phones home. Pro checks a license key so sending and updates stay authorized; that check never sends your orders or customers to us. Pickup SMS stays free. Basic invoices stay free (they are not a compliance certificate). You pay for the extras that save you time.

Support comes straight from the person who writes the code. There is no ticket queue in another timezone. Email info@tillpress.com and we aim to send the first reply within one business day.

What Tillpress makes

• OrderRing: order-ready SMS, voice, WhatsApp and two-way chat for WooCommerce, sent through your own Twilio account. OrderRing Lite is free and also listed on WordPress.org.
• StoreCanvas: a self-hosted product designer with true-size PNG, SVG and RGB PDF output and a Fancy Product Designer importer. StoreCanvas Lite is a free product options engine.
• OrderBay: PDF invoices, packing slips and a fulfilment desk. Basic invoices stay free in OrderBay Lite.
• Checkout Sentinel: checkout monitoring with safe Stripe test-mode purchases. In development; join the waitlist on its page.

How Tillpress works with shops

• No take rate. You pay Twilio, Stripe and your host directly. Tillpress adds nothing per message or per sale.
• Your data stays on your site. Lite plugins never phone home. Pro checks a licence key and nothing else; see licence feature states.
• Clear terms. Yearly Pro licences, a 30-day money-back policy, and published prices.
• Direct support. Email info@tillpress.com or use the support page. First reply within one business day.
