Set up compliant invoices, packing slips, and the fulfilment desk inside WooCommerce.

Install

  1. Upload and activate the OrderBay plugin.
  2. Open OrderBay settings and enter your business and tax details.

Setup

How do I set up invoices?

  1. Enter your business name, address, and tax details in settings.
  2. Choose when invoices are generated (for example on payment).
  3. Open any order to download or email its invoice.

How do I print packing slips? (Pro)

Select orders in the fulfilment desk and choose Print packing slips.

Settings reference

  • Business details: name, address, and tax information on every document.
  • Invoice rules: when invoices are created and numbered.
  • Branding: logo and colours on documents (Pro).
  • Fulfilment desk: pick, pack, and mark shipped; bulk actions (Pro).

Troubleshooting

Invoice numbers look wrong

Check the numbering rule in settings. Numbering is sequential once configured; changing it mid-year can create gaps.

My tax details are missing on invoices

Confirm your business and tax fields are filled in OrderBay settings, then regenerate the invoice.
