License terms
Yearly licenses are your choice: pay once for one year, or auto-renew each year at the same price and cancel any time from the link in your receipt email (the key keeps working to the end of the paid year). The 1-month license never renews. Staging that does not serve customers does not burn a production slot. After expiry or a refund, Pro features pause; remaining days on an upgrade are time credit on the same key, not a cash discount.
What happens when a license ends:
- OrderRing Lite pickup SMS keeps running. No key.
- OrderBay basic invoices keep running. No key.
- Pro features pause after the license and grace window: OrderRing sending (SMS, voice, WhatsApp, chat, auto-notify), StoreCanvas live mockup and print export, OrderBay packing slips, branded PDFs, bulk actions, and the fulfilment desk. Settings are preserved. Renewing resumes them.
The Pro code contains a 30-day unlicensed runtime window, but Tillpress does not offer a separate free Pro download. The $9 one-month license is the lowest-cost way to try Pro.
