Terms of Use

These Terms govern purchase and use of the plugins and of premium update licenses. By buying or installing a plugin you agree to them.

1. What we sell

We sell software licenses for self-hosted WordPress / WooCommerce plugins and, where you buy Pro/Agency, premium update access and license-server verification via https://licenses.tillpress.com.

We do not sell SMS, voice, WhatsApp, telephony, print production, or tax/accounting services.

2. Bring your own Twilio (OrderRing)

OrderRing talks to your Twilio account. Message, call, WhatsApp, and A2P 10DLC / sender-registration fees are billed by Twilio to you. We add zero markup. You are responsible for Twilio’s terms, carrier registration (including US A2P 10DLC), and messaging consent law (TCPA, GDPR, CASL, and similar).

3. Two licenses

The plugin code is licensed under GPLv2 or later. That license governs the software. We do not add restrictions to rights the GPL already grants you in the code.

Purchase of Pro or Agency is a commercial license for premium updates, support, and use of our license server. A single-site Pro license may be used on one production WooCommerce site (plus staging that does not serve customers). An Agency license covers up to five production sites. You may not share, resell, or publicly post license keys or signed update credentials.

4. Built-in window, then a key

OrderRing Pro, StoreCanvas, and OrderBay Pro include a 30-day unlicensed runtime window on each site. The public Pro ZIP currently requires paid checkout; Tillpress does not currently offer a separate free Pro download. After that, Pro features require a valid license: OrderRing sending (SMS, voice, WhatsApp, chat, auto-notify), StoreCanvas live mockup and print export, OrderBay packing slips, branded PDFs, bulk actions, and the fulfilment desk. OrderRing Lite pickup SMS stays free with no key. Basic OrderBay invoices stay free forever even if a Pro license lapses. A refunded key is treated like an expired key. If the license server is unreachable, a recently verified token may keep Pro working for a short grace window; after that, Pro features pause until the next successful check. 5. Renewals

Yearly licences can be bought as a one-time payment or with auto-renew. With auto-renew, we charge the same card the then-current price (plus any sales tax) each year on the renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the “Manage billing” link in your receipt email; your key keeps working until the end of the year you paid for. One-time and monthly licences never renew. The 30-day refund policy applies to the first payment and to each renewal.

6. Disclaimers

  • OrderRing: we do not file A2P 10DLC or guarantee carrier delivery. Connecting an already-approved Twilio sender takes minutes; new US senders may need registration or verification before live messaging.
  • StoreCanvas: print files are RGB (PDFs flattened RGB, not CMYK/PDF-X). Confirm color and DPI with your print provider.
  • OrderBay: not tax advice. Basic invoices are a PDF/document generator with tax fields you fill in. E-invoice is file export only — no Peppol network or PDP delivery. Requirements vary by jurisdiction. Consult your accountant.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the plugins to send unlawful or unsolicited messages, to infringe others’ rights, or to attack systems you do not operate.

8. Limitation of liability

Plugins are provided as-is under GPLv2 or later. To the extent permitted by law, the seller is not liable for lost profits, lost orders, carrier rejection, print-shop reprints, or tax penalties. Refunds are governed by the Refund page.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms; the date above will change. Continued use after an update is acceptance.
