30-day money-back on Pro and Agency purchases.

Email info@tillpress.com within 30 days of purchase with the order/license key. We refund the plugin license fee. Twilio usage, carrier fees, and A2P 10DLC registration are billed by Twilio to you and are not refundable by us.

Refunds are not available for license keys that have been publicly shared or used beyond the licensed site count after a warning, or for custom development or third-party apps.

After a refund, premium updates for that key stop. Installed plugin copies remain GPLv2 software on your server; messaging (OrderRing) keeps working without a license.
