How do I connect Twilio to OrderRing?
Create a Twilio account, copy your Account SID and Auth Token into OrderRing settings, choose your sending number, and send a test message. Full steps are in the docs.
Does Tillpress charge per message?
No. You pay Twilio directly for what you send. OrderRing never adds a per-message fee.
Do I need OrderRing for texting US mobile numbers?
If you text US mobiles you must register your brand and campaign for A2P 10DLC in the Twilio Console, or verify a toll-free number. OrderRing does not file 10DLC for you and does not resell messaging.
What happens if my license expires?
Messaging keeps working. Only premium updates pause until you renew.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. OrderRing Lite is a free download and covers pickup SMS with consent.
